<p>Zutaten (2 Personen)</p>
<ul>
<li>teure Seeteufel-Filets, 2 Stück a 150 g</li>
<li>frischer Blattspinat Hähnchenbrustfiletes, 4 Stück, ca. 400 g</li>
<li>Kokosmilch, ungesüßt, 200 ml</li>
<li>Limettensaft, 1 Sück</li>
<li>rote Currypaste, 1 TL</li>
<li>Fischsauce, 1EL</li>
</ul>
<p>Zubereitung</p>
<ul>
<li>Wenig Wasser in großem Topf zum Kochen bringen</li>
<li>Paksoi waschen, halbieren, vierteln und in Topf legen</li>
<li>Filets, waschen, abtrocknen und auf Paksoi in Topf legen</li>
<li>Mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen</li>
<li>Topf abdecken, auf mittlerer Stufe 8 Minuten köcheln lassen</li>
<li>Kokosmilch, Limettensaft, Currypaste und Fischsauce in kleinem Topf mischen und etwas einkochen lassen  </li>
<li>Alles anrichten, Sauce drüber und los!</li>
